‘Data’ – amazing thing, but also pretty complicated.

So, it’s not every day that we get to talk about data making things simpler, but that’s exactly what this entry is about. This is the story of how we used data to engage a global audience in the space of a few hundred square feet and tell them about the ease and convenience of the Elizabeth Line service from Heathrow Terminal 5. It doesn’t sound simple, but the result was beautiful simplicity – and better journeys - for millions of travellers.
