he Google App has some of Google's most innovative search features, as such Google markets this as the best place to search from and use in their everyday lives.

One of the most innovative features is Hum to Search, which identifies songs from users’ hums, whistles or singing - perfect pitch not required! To bring Hum to Search to a whole new audience and be part of UK culture, we partnered with the world’s biggest occasion for humming along en masse: The Eurovision Song Contest! We leveraged this joyful moment in the UK and culture to show how humming to search in the Google App can be an everyday habit. By the end of our campaign, the nation was humming along - The Google App x Eurovision Hum to Search Challenge was a key contributor to a campaign that achieved more than double our usage targets.
