There are a number of barriers stopping people from seeking mental health treatment ranging from low awareness of mental health issues to the social stigma and fear of judgement from peers.

This campaign was developed to overcome these barriers by empowering vulnerable and distressed audiences to take action to protect and improve their mental wellbeing in an easy and actionable way.
