For their latest campaign, FREENOW, Hawk, VIOOH, and Azerion, utilised a combination of unique API mapping technology, Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO) powered by Transport for London (TfL) data, and the integration of 1st party data to increase brand awareness of FREENOW’s taxi offering, driving cost-efficient scale and impactful audience engagement.

This multi-channel campaign fuelled by data drove impressive results, with 45% of those exposed to the campaign now considering using FREENOW services, and ad recall for the exposed group recorded at 29%, both figures higher than those of the control groups. The results proved that a mixed media strategy was a winner, and programmatic DOOH data capabilities were a significant component of that success due to its ability to prime FREENOW’s messaging and drive optimal results across channels.
