The #BeforeYouAsk campaign, developed by RNIB in collaboration with Wavemaker UK, The & Partnership and Voxly Digital, challenges misconceptions about blindness and fosters inclusivity. Through an interactive video chat tool developed by Wavemaker UK and Voxly Digital, the campaign addresses common questions that people may have, but not want to ask, about blindness. The campaign website has garnered over 7,000 visits and 3000+ FAQ completions within four weeks, with users spending an average of 3 minutes and 11 seconds engaging with six FAQs. This campaign exemplifies how empathy can break down barriers and create a more understanding society for people with sight loss.
