Designed to transform how travelers discover and spend in-destination, TripGo moves beyond static chatbots to provide a conversational AI companion that offers real-time, personalized recommendations—ranging from local dining to hidden gems—powered by Tripadvisor’s unmatched global travel dataset. TripGo leverages Tripadvisor's proprietary Agentic Search API technology and a secure Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) system to ensure 100% brand-safe, hallucination-free interactions. Supporting both voice and text in more than 40 languages, the assistant provides a multimodal experience that simplifies complex trip planning into an intuitive dialogue. This forward-thinking approach allowed Visa to stay top-of-mind at the critical moment of purchase, reinforcing its position as the preferred global payment partner. The campaign delivered exceptional results, proving the genuine utility of conversational AI: Scale and Reach: Achieved over 545,000 total sessions and reached 358,000+ unique users.
