Simon Moss
Foam, part of the Whalar Group
Some people take it easy after a near death experience but Simon says, “It really propelled me to just go for it.” So he pitched to investors for the first time, raised capital, went on a seven-year fundraising and startup journey, burnt out, wound up the business, and found stability at a big corporation. But then he met Whalar, saw the huge opportunity in Foam and now he’s Chief Product Officer where he leads the product strategy behind Foam: an operating system built to power the supply side of the Creator Economy. Over the last year, Simon has transformed Foam from a promising product into critical infrastructure relied on daily by the talent managers and agencies who broker the majority of brand spend across the Creator Ecosystem. Under Simon’s leadership, Foam has achieved clear product-market fit and scaled rapidly. In 2025 alone, the platform grew to 425 of the world’s most influential Creator and talent agencies, who collectively generated nearly 137,000 sessions and created more than 104,000 pitches, media kits, and rosters viewed over 240,000 times by brands. Simon has positioned Foam as a foundational layer for how Creator partnerships are discovered, packaged, and sold. And his impact goes beyond scale. Through Foam Labs, the team shipped production AI systems that enhance human decision making, not replace it. Put into perspective, all of Foam's workflows now support an estimated $1.16 billion in annual brand deal flow.
