In 2024, two people from EssenceMediacom North – Louis and Kenny – decided that they weren’t going to sit around and wait for some other agency to crack a working AI tool. So alongside their day jobs they set up and rolled out EM Sidekick, an AI tool that streamlined and transformed the way the agency went about doing business.
