The Supply Chain Run at WEF 2025
George P. Johnson
Client: DP World
At Davos 2025, DP World needed to engage time-poor executives in global trade. Instead of another meeting space, they created The Supply Chain Run, a playful, interactive installation that made logistics tangible.
Using an NFC-enabled marble run, visitors activated a journey through DP World’s supply chain, triggering digital storytelling at each stage. From ports to multimodal transport, this seamless blend of physical and digital engagement transformed complex trade systems into an intuitive, high-energy experience. Interactive stations, illuminated pathways, and a sensory-rich Global Café reinforced the brand’s real-world impact on daily life.
The results were phenomenal:
465 high-quality leads (+84.5% vs. 2024), attracting the right decision-makers.
1,584 hands-on interactions (+47.3%), deepening engagement.
68% of participants expressed interest in future collaboration.
773 Global Café interactions (+452%), proving the power of experiential storytelling. #MadePossible campaign reached 19.7M people in four weeks, amplifying impact.
By making trade flow in a way that was theatrical, engaging, and impossible to ignore, DP World turned logistics into a visceral, shareable experience, redefining B2B brand engagement at Davos.
