Over the last few years, the energy market in the UK has experienced a total upheaval. The effects on consumers, the economy and businesses like British Gas have been far-reaching.

These market shifts jolted British Gas into forming new agency relationships, new media strategies, and a renewed focus on efficiency. And so, we were tasked with helping British Gas grow sales whilst making efficiency improvements in media budgets. Our first port of call was to address their overreliance on Paid Search. We saw an opportunity to shift media budget from a high-intent, high-cost and low-competition area of our media plan. And that we did! By using in-house OMD technology to drive vast efficiency improvements across the channel, this has led to transformational performance, mindset changes, and development of the technology itself.
