As head of Wavemakers innovation division, Sarah Salter’s role is to help the agency’s clients work with startups and early stage companies to use emerging technology to accelerate people around the purchase journey.

She brings her decade of experience in brand marketing and innovation to redefine what innovation means for Wavemaker and its clients. Recently named IPA's Women of Tomorrow, she is an active mentor and champion to founders and startups.
