Sophia Haynes

Director of Campaigns, IAB UK


Sophia joined the IAB in 2011, initially leading marketing, PR and communications. In her current role as Director of Campaigns, Sophia heads up the IAB’s Inclusion, Diversity and Equality initiative. Prior to this, she worked in creative agencies including Proximity London, Joshua Interactive and Dare. As Group Account Director, she delivered digital strategy and integrated campaigns for Sainsbury’s, Barclays and ITV, to name a few.
