B&Q Paint Pro’s- Dynamic Colour Matching



We delivered a highly bespoke execution at an unprecedented scale, which previously would have required individual publisher partnerships to achieve the same reach.
B&Q wanted to raise awareness of its unique, superior colour matching product Valspar, while overcoming negative perceptions about less accurate products in the market. Dynamic ad units were placed within editorial articles to demonstrate the accuracy of Valspar’s technology, continuing the experience onto the B&Q website. By using Gum Gum’s Computer Vision Artificial Intelligence, which matches the colour of any item by reading the metadata behind the image, this demonstrated online, the in store experience.
